Using Camera Function

The Camera Function enables the user to add images to the database.

1. To and an image to your database, select the category and item to which you wish to add the image.
2. Select the Action icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
3. Select the Camera icon in the bottom left of screen. This will open the camera function on your device.
4. To focus on the item you wish to photograph tap the screen where you want the camera to focus.
5. To zoom in/ out from the item you wish to photograph, pinch in or pinch out on the screen as required.
6. To use the grid overlay tap on the grid action icon in the top centre of the screen.
7. To use the flash, tap on the flash icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
8. To take the photograph, tap the camera icon in the bottom centre of the screen.
9. To crop the photograph tap the action icon in the top centre of the screen.
10. To reverse the above action tap the icon again.
11. If you are not happy with the image tap the retake icon in the top left hand corner of the screen and retake the image.
12. If you are happy with the image and wish to add it to your database tap the use photo icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
13. The image is now added to your database.
14. Repeat this process for every image you wish to add to your database.
15. When finished adding images select the save action icon in the top left hand corner of the screen.
